Responsibilities
Working with HCL Commerce Environments
Perform software installation, configuration, deployments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Administer Commerce in the Kubernetes environment.
Support Version updates/upgrades.
Support Load and Performance Tuning activities.
Provide DevOps support and troubleshooting related.
Role includes a combination of environment, infrastructure and configuration management responsibilities.
The resource will coordinate between Development, Operational and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth environment support and release processes

Required
Experience performing DEVOps administration with HCL Commerce V8 +
Experience with some of the LAMP stacks: Linux, Apache (NGINX), MySQL, and PHP.
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment processes - GIT, Jenkins or/and has experience with Azure DevOps deployment process.
Configuration and troubleshooting experience of caching software (i.e.: Varnish and Redis cache).
Working experience with containerized platforms like Docker and container orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
Knowledge of IaaS systems such as Terraform, Azure Resource Manager and AWS CloudFormation.
CDN configuration knowledge.
Experience in a Production Support role and performing regular monitoring of incidents, ensuring smooth operations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to be an effective team member, completing tasks alone and communicating with the team and customer.
Handle crisis calls during outages and handle Service Requests articulate and follow up on service requests, and escalate/track critical issues.
Outstanding technical architecture problem-solving skills.
