Responsibilities

Monitor incoming emails and issue trackers for maintenance requests from clients

Log all maintenance issues guided by current Steel Pros protocol

Provide and schedule solutions for MBS issues and improvements

MBS FTP and Program Enhancements

MBS installations and client setup

Communicate thoroughly with clients to set proper expectations on deliverables

Maintain and improve MBS detail libraries

Audit MBS databases to provide potential solutions for improvement of databases

Conduct periodic client meetings for training and support as well as for issue discovery

Attend meetings guided by current Steel Pros protocol

Other special projects as determined by management

Required

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in Drafting and Design or the equivalent experience in the use of AutoCad and/or similar software in the field of architecture, engineering, or construction

Must be able to draw details clearly and efficiently with minimal error

Must have 5 years experience specifically in pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) and mini storage buildings

Must have designed and detailed high complexity buildings such as aircraft hangers, hips/valleys, mezzanines, cranes, standing seam roof, etc
