Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, newsletters, and triggered messages
Lead initiatives across email marketing and ecommerce channels to promote engagement, retention, and loyalty
Conduct A/B testing on campaign performance and utilize data-driven insights to optimize strategies
Oversee creative production of all Go To Market (GTM) assets, including copywriting, design, and image selection
Manage marketing relationships with key suppliers and deliver campaign performance reports
Create, manage, and deliver stakeholder reviews for program strategies and creative executions
Develop user-friendly ecommerce landing pages optimized to drive lead generation and return visits
Manage projects within budget constraints and own accruals and budget reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
5+ years of experience developing and overseeing lifecycle marketing strategies
2+ years of experience in SaaS marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred)
Ability to work independently and within a team structure
Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and analyze data and KPIs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative team member with a passion for world-class marketing

Preferred

2 years of experience in eCommerce
3-5 years of experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
Experience with CRM and CMS platforms
