Required
Expertise in live-operated products and working closely with marketing and creatives
Strategy Development experience collaborating with marketing, design, and engineering leads
Campaign Management experience from conception to analysis with major brands' IP
Content & Product Selection experience working with content teams to develop campaigns and curations
Data Analysis skills using analytics to track success and optimize tactics
Data-oriented with top-tier go-to-market strategy and product experience
Experience in operating highly social products and building engaging communities
Passion for the mission and willingness to deliver the best work
Ability to focus on converting new cohorts and creating growth levers
