Responsibilities

Inform product decisions by leveraging technical knowledge of IDP/Generative AI solution architectures and best practices.

Propose forward-thinking ideas in support of data-centric product development.

Develop code for IDP use cases using preferred programming languages to support client requirements.

Utilize LLMs and other Generative AI/Deep Learning algorithms to provide unique solutions for our clients.

Contribute to interdisciplinary solutions that combine data engineering and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning to integrate predictive models.

Work within a growing engineering team to support software and systems solutions across customers and projects.

Collaborate with Engineering Team Leads and team members to design and develop solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical discipline

5+ years professional, hands-on experience in a Machine Learning engineering (specifically IDP-related) role

Must be technically proficient in Intelligent Document Processing (including OCR/NLP algorithms), Generative AI and Deep Learning algorithms, and associated technologies, programming languages, and system architectures.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and succinctly in written and oral presentations.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized

U.S. citizenship required - must be able to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
