Responsibilities

Translate business objectives into well-defined machine learning problems and implement solutions from start to finish.

Partner with engineering teams to productionize machine learning solutions, focusing on scalability and robustness.

Document work and communicate results clearly to stakeholders and executive teams.

Lead by example in technical excellence, mentoring junior team members, and driving innovative machine learning practices.

Collaborate with partners to align machine learning solutions with business needs for actionable insights.

Required

Master’s or PhD in a technical field; or equivalent related professional experience

A minimum of 5 years' experience in building industry-grade machine learning models

Proficient in Python, demonstrating strong algorithm design and object-oriented programming expertise

Proficient in SQL-like query for data extraction and transformation

Experience working with large data sets in a distributed computing environment such as Spark is advantageous

Solid understanding of modern machine learning techniques and statistics

Strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral

Has a proven track record of driving projects from inception to completion and collaborating effectively with diverse, international teams

Preferred

Familiarity with deep learning frameworks is a plus

Familiarity with causal inference and causal ML is a plus
