Responsibilities
Oversee the US payroll function and team.
Lead the analysis of corporate SG&A expenditures, budgets, and forecasts. Work with C-Suite executives to facilitate understanding and improved insights / spend management.
Phased integration of decentralized, business specific AP teams in the US under one leader with a focus on harmonization of processes, controls and oversight supporting multiple businesses units operating in multiple ERP systems.
Partner with the corporate accounting team to execute on centralized accounting processes such as the close and consolidation, allocations, lease accounting, OneStream system administration, technical accounting, policy deployment and global accounting leadership.
Implement, maintain and strengthen relevant internal controls, SOP's & documentation.
Supervise, mentor, and lead direct reports and their teams.

Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, related graduate degree preferred, CPA highly preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience in corporate level accounting operations.
Experience with Payroll and Accounts Payable required
Preferred
Experience working within a complex, global organization with multiple ERP's and foreign currencies.
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience in a private equity backed growth environment preferred.
