Responsibilities
Lead the corporate accounting and treasury teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain robust internal controls, ensuring adherence to company policies and mitigating financial risks.
Ensure all financial practices comply with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy within the corporate accounting and treasury functions.
Oversee cash management, investment strategies, and financial risk management, optimizing the company's financial resources.
Partner with departments such as FP&A, Treasury, and Operations to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring a smooth and efficient audit process.

Required
Bachelors degree required
7+ years of corporate accounting experience
Preferred
Experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm or a publicly traded company, bringing valuable insights and expertise in best practices.
CPA or equivalent certification, demonstrating a high level of professional competence and commitment to the accounting profession.
Proven track record of managing and implementing process improvements.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analytics.
Strong communication skills with experience presenting financial information to executive leadership.
