Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of long-term strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in the insulin delivery market.
Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and landscape analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Develop financial models to evaluate market opportunities and inform investment decisions.
Performance Monitoring: Support the establishment and tracking of key enterprise performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust plans as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to align strategic initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and formulate strategic recommendations for senior leadership and the board of directors.
Leadership & Culture Stewardship: Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Performs other duties as required.

Required
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 8 years industry-relevant experience, including 2 years of corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment banking experience within medical devices or the broader healthcare industry
Preferred
Master’s Degree / MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative mindset
Strong executor, capable of taking ownership of ambiguous questions and running analysis to find insights and answers
Keen to hit the ground running and take on strategic questions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passion for improving the lives of people with diabetes
