Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic approach for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to product usage, performance, and market trends

Analyze large datasets, including transactional, behavioral, and demographic data, to uncover insights that inform product development and optimization strategies

Utilize advanced analytical tools such as Tableau, SAS, and other data visualization and statistical software to perform deep-dive analysis on product metrics, user behavior, and market opportunities

Recommend improvements to product design, functionality, and user experience based on data findings, fostering a culture of continuous product innovation

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, identifying areas for optimization to drive growth, retention, and revenue

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a learning culture focused on analytical excellence, regular feedback, accountability, and professional development

Communicate complex data insights to key stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions that align with the company’s business objectives. Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree in business management or related field

Typically 10+ years of related management experience

Extensive experience related to data analysis

Ability to define product strategy and deliver to C-suite

Strong customer experience focus

Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills

Experience with connecting and analyzing large datasets

Expertise in presenting data visually to provide a clear, compelling story

Strong ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, optimize data sets, tools, and analysis techniques to drive business outcomes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization

Ability to maintain confidentiality of corporate data

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace

Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
