Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end deal approval process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to streamline deal management workflow
Serve as a liaison between sales, finance, and legal teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to resolve deal-related issues
Provide training and support to sales teams on deal desk processes, tools, and systems
Manage special projects related to deal desk operations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
Own requirements for new SKU and Pricing modules
Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track pricing and Sku discounts/performance, turnaround times, and bottlenecks

Required
5+ years of experience in order management or a related field in a tech or software company
Proficiency in Salesforce is mandatory
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
CPQ experience is a strong advantage
Experience with NetSuite is an advantage
