Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational strategic objectives
Lead monthly marketing and social forums on best practices and emerging trends for marketing member leaders, fostering high performance for HBA marketing around the globe
Drive innovation in digital capabilities and technology adoption to elevate the HBA's digital presence
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure cohesive marketing strategies across all channels
Create and present performance reports to senior leadership
Help establish and maintain best practices and SOPs for digital marketing operations based on industry trends, insights, and up-and-coming technologies
Project manage and execute comprehensive event marketing strategies for signature HBA events, including concurrent events and global expansion initiatives
Oversee event microsite development, maintenance, and updates for both domestic and international events
Provide brand oversight and strategic guidance to local teams for global expansion events
Coordinate event signage projects from conception to execution, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery
Manage the organization and upload of event photography to HBA's digital photo library
Develop and document best practices for event marketing to support global teams
Co-lead the development and execution of interactive digital content using Foleon, creating engaging experiences that drive customer engagement and conversion
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for dynamic content creation and implement best practices for digital storytelling
Measure and optimize content performance across all digital platforms to enhance user engagement and achieve organizational goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
7+ years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies
Proven expertise in email marketing, SEO & SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising
Advanced skills in graphic design using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Exceptional writing and editing skills for creating high-impact marketing content
Strategic understanding of owned, earned, and paid media methodologies with demonstrated success in implementing integrated campaigns
Expert-level proficiency in campaign analysis and ROI measurement
Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and social media analytics tools
Expert-level knowledge of social media strategy and management tools (we use Hootsuite)
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
Extensive experience in email marketing strategy and execution using platforms like Informz, MailChimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot
Demonstrated experience in event marketing strategy and execution, including managing concurrent event campaigns
Experience with event microsite management and content updates
Strong project management skills with proven ability to handle multiple event timelines simultaneously
Knowledge of event signage production processes and vendor management
Experience in providing strategic guidance to global teams on marketing best practices
Familiarity with digital asset management systems and photo libraries
Experience with interactive content creation platforms and digital publishing tools (Foleon experience a plus)
Strong understanding of digital storytelling principles and interactive content best practices
Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into engaging digital experiences
Ability to travel on-site to events once a quarter; must maintain a current U.S. passport
