Responsibilities

Serve as the website owner, setting direction and strategy for Trax’s website properties (corporate, Shopkick and regional sites), including ongoing updates, maintenance, recommendations, A/B testing, and overall performance.
Lead, develop, and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, working with external agency to support SEO, across global sites.
Establish, manage and execute all paid media strategy, maintaining consistent branding and generate new leads, across various channels (LinkedIn, Meta, out-of-home, Reddit, G2, various publications, etc.), including creative concepting, copywriting, audience targeting, etc.
Experiment with and establish new distribution channels and media to distribute and amplify content and thought leadership.
Create and execute content strategy that aligns to paid media, website and SEO needs.
Develop email workflows for lead generation, re-targeting, nurturing targets.
Track, measure, and analyze all global digital initiatives - including traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics - to report on marketing ROI.
Collaborate with sales organization to understand target audiences, messaging and ABM accounts to advertise and market.
Responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting on lead generation efforts from website and digital properties.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, advertising or equivalent
7+ years of relevant work experience including experience in integrated digital marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of website optimization best practices, including keyword research, A/B testing, and user experience testing
Experience managing paid advertising efforts
Confidence communicating across a matrixed ecosystem of stakeholders
Expertise in tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
