Responsibilities

Lead and program manage a significant portion of a $2B fiber network build and upgrade to 3M+ prems

Manage all aspects of the network design, engineering, wire center and outside plan build and related strategies and plans

Direct local engineering teams and infrastructure services providers in all build design strategies and deployment scheduling and requirements

Management performance, resource requirements and augmentation related to the fiber build program with both material OEMs and infrastructure services providers

Participate cross functionally with the Go to Market team on strategy for all new fiber-based voice and data product offerings

Provide operational and network strategy support in interactions with state and local government matters related to Brightspeed’s fiber deployment.

Support the application process for Federal, State and Local Municipality subsidies for broadband deployment funding

Participate with the business process owner team in the design and development of newly developed and deployed network inventory, engineering, construction, and related build management systems

Drive the company culture and strategies. Creates strategies to achieve business goals such as increasing revenues, optimizing expenses, and developing a skilled, motivated, satisfied, and diverse workforce

Leads by example in creating an environment that encourages open communication, sharing ideas and best practices, and building strong cross-functional relationships
