Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and delivery of comprehensive corporate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
Develop and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and create visually appealing, executive-level PowerPoint presentations to communicate key financial metrics and business strategies.
Partner with key business units to understand financial drivers, support strategic initiatives, and provide decision-support analysis.
Monitor and report on key financial KPIs, identifying trends and variances to guide strategic adjustments.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A reporting.
Collaborate with senior leadership to support investor relations, board presentations, and corporate strategy discussions.
Mentor and guide junior finance staff to foster skill development and continuous learning.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or relevant certification (CPA, CFA) big +.
7-10+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related roles.
Proven experience in creating high-quality, data-driven presentations using PowerPoint with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
