Responsibilities

Develop and drive opportunities to grow the 3rd party gift card business in NA

Create marketing strategies that drive the best ROI and drive sales in NA

Manage all aspects of gift card inventory and production for 3rd party for NA

Own invoice management and partner with finance, accounting, IT, and vendor partners to ensure accuracy in reporting and invoices.

Maintain successful relationships across all 3rd parties (BHN/Cashstar/Incomm/Fiserv)

Identify innovation & channel opportunities for gift card growth (i.e., 3rd party retailers, B2B)

Perform regular and ad hoc business analyses to understand trends across multiple channels (first party, third party, corporate) and share out reporting with Opcom

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in gift card management or a similar role.

Proven experience in managing third-party relationships and partnerships.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform and interpret business analyses.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred

Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
