Responsibilities

Required

Minimum of 8 years of experience in automation with a proven record of success in managing client relationships and leading projects.
Expertise in one or more areas of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance.
Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and develop team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
LEAN/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
