Responsibilities
Manage the client contracting function, serving as an objective resource that reviews and helps resolve client contract issues/concerns.
Helps ensure the company can comply the requirements of client contracts, company policies, and procedures, consistent with the company’s operations.
Monitor and report results of client contracting work and provide guidance for the client contracts team on all related matters
Implement all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of an effective client contracting function
Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise procedures for the efficient operation of the client contracting function
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., SBUs, Internal Audit, Customer Care, etc.) to review client contract issues within appropriate existing channels for analysis and resolution
Respond to any alleged breaches of law or regulations, policies, and procedures by coordinating compliance.
Develop and oversee a system for uniform handling of such allegations
Act as a review body to ensure that client contract issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved
Identify potential areas of contract compliance vulnerability and risk, develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future

Required
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 additional year of experience related to functional area
Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of direct reports
Ability to interact effectively and problem solve with clients' contract professionals
Ability to regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment the in performance of his/her job duties
Demonstrated expertise in client contract analysis and execution
Demonstrated knowledge of business process analysis
Ability to collaborate across all levels and lines of business
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
