Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position the company as a leading pharmaceutical Aseptic Fill-Finish service provider in the biopharmaceutical industry
Establish and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet strategic goals
Responsible for the overall development and execution of the Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services Fill-Finish marketing strategy
Develop and execute the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, whitepapers, and website content, to support business development efforts
Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to drive inbound leads
Monitor and anticipate industry trends and competitive intelligence, providing insights to adapt marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge
Develop and execute social media strategy
Formulate marketing goals and KPIs to measure campaign and event success
Oversee the execution of tradeshows and conference events
Analyze and provide industry insights and competitor marketing feedback to leadership team
Evaluate and manage external marketing agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives effectively
Build, lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture; guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team, including supervising marketing team members
Provide leadership across the marketing organization and partner effectively with key internal stakeholders
Liaison with cross-functional teams to enabling them to meet their sales objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations that can be used to educate clients about the brand and vision of the company
Support of Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma global marketing strategies and initiatives, on an as-required basis
Travel is expected up to 25% of the time, main travel expected to be to conferences/tradeshows and may occasionally be required to travel overnight.
Directs and provides expert knowledge in the day-to-day function of Marketing
Identifies, recruits, and retains top-notch talent

Maintains transparent communication; appropriately communicates organization information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, and regular interpersonal communication
Provides oversight and direction to the employees in accordance with Aji Bio-Pharma’s policies and procedures

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, life sciences or equivalent required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing. Life science industry experience required, Fill-finish experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years of leadership/supervisory experience
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical sectors
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment
Proficiency in managing marketing budgets, allocating resources for maximum ROI while maintaining financial discipline
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, and technical teams, to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives
Expertise with marketing software platforms such as Hubspot marketing, website optimization, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing to drive inbound leads and enhance brand visibility
Analytical skills to monitor and interpret marketing performance metrics, using data to refine campaigns and demonstrate return on investment
Experience in planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand presence and engage with key stakeholders
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards, ensuring all marketing efforts comply with legal and ethical requirements in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors
