Responsibilities

Work with clients to help them design and implement financial consolidation and reporting solutions leveraging Oracle EPM Cloud Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle EPM Cloud Account Reconciliations (ARCS)

Lead design workshops to define the consolidation and financial reporting business requirements

Create detailed project plans, timelines, task lists and design documents to manage the project

Hands-on building of the defined application including dimensions, forms, business rules, security, etc.

Leverage technology specific toolset to define all data mappings, validation rules and data loads

Build the required financial statements

Provide expertise and configure around accounting practices and reporting standards including: GAAP, IFRS, XBRL, SOX, Intercompany, Minority Interest, Roll Forwards, Overrides, CTA, Joint-Venture

Define and recommend currency translation methods and best practices

Communicate effectively with client executives, Finance resources and IT resources

Train the business users on how to administer the consolidation system

Lead the full project life cycle end to end with responsibility for overall consolidations and account reconciliations success

Position requires travel (approximately 5-10%)

Required

Experience leading configuration and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud Financial Close and Consolidation Cloud Service (FCCS), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and EPM Cloud Account Reconciliations (ARCS)

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance

7-10 years working experience in Accounting and Finance

5+ years of consulting experience

Desire to work in new environments with new people and new business challenges

Strong interpersonal skills, capability to mitigate conflicts and find solutions, and strong desire to see clients succeed

Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
