Responsibilities
Lead the product development lifecycle for our EMR-based RWD products, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
Spearhead initiatives to link EMR data with additional sources such as claims, genomic data, SDoH, and other healthcare datasets to generate robust, high-value data products.
Work closely with engineering, data science, and external partners to develop new data features, improve data linkages, and ensure high-quality data integration.
Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to ensure products meet market demand and support go-to-market strategies.
Provide product leadership by defining the product roadmap, setting priorities, and communicating product vision both internally and externally.
Regularly engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, refine product offerings, and anticipate future needs.
Enhancing our “off the shelf” TriNetX datasets providing clients with more robust data options, and services for expedited generation and delivery, and working with internal teams to expand our readily available curated dataset portfolio.
Assisting in the development and generation of custom datasets utilizing combinations of various data sources (EMR in combination with open claims, closed claims, clinical trial data, SDoH, registries, and more) and technical solutions (not limited to: tokenization/linking, NLP, dataset supplementation with abstracted elements) ensuring quality deliverables served promptly.

Required
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare data or life sciences, specifically EMR/EHR data.
Experience with linking EMR data to other healthcare data sources such as claims or SDoH.
Deep understanding of healthcare research and the use of RWE in clinical trials, drug development, and health outcomes research.
Proven ability to efficiently and effectively assess a client’s data needs and deliver quality solutions.
Highly effective in eliciting client confidence and trust in TriNetX solutions and services.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partnerships.
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with execution and delivery.
Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both internal and external partners.
Passionate in building an emerging, revenue-generating data service portfolio.
Ability to critically assess portfolio assets and expand/eliminate on an ongoing basis.
