Responsibilities

Gain a thorough understanding of our customer and business and build out a product roadmap that aligns with our goals.
Get buy-in from senior leaders and XF partners by delivering compelling arguments, using data and insights, to support Retention Product initiatives.
Manage the development of new products from V0 to full GTM launch at scale by partnering closely with both technical and non-technical business partners.
Own the creation of product briefs, specs, and systems to drive a highly efficient product development process.
Define A/B tests and hypotheses, analyze results, and recommend next steps in partnership with our analytics business partners.
Work closely with our technical product managers and supply chain leaders to prioritize initiatives and manage work needed from XF partners.
Identify new opportunities by running brainstorms that include a diverse set of stakeholders across the business.

Required

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
5-7 years experience in Product Management or Product Marketing.
Analytical individual with SQL proficiency.
Excellent storyteller, strong written and oral communicator.
Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing.
Decisiveness and proactiveness: you understand that we need to move quickly and that starts by making decisions, owning them and iterating when required.
Ability to run effective brainstorms that generate high quality ideas.
Experience writing user stories and collaborating with engineers.
Experience working with supply chain and operations teams.
Exceptional at breaking down technical problems and systems.
Entrepreneurial in spirit; somebody who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
