Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of technical trainers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance trainer effectiveness and engagement.

Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of training programs, including On-Demand, Instructor-Led, and blended learning formats.

Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation to meet training objectives.

Work closely with internal teams, including Tech Curriculum and Customer Success, to ensure training content aligns with product updates and customer needs.

Partner with the Tech Curriculum team to review and update training materials as required.

Define and implement go-to-market strategies for training programs, including pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.

Enable field teams with the necessary resources, knowledge, and tools to communicate training value to customers and partners effectively.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics.

Implement improvements to training delivery processes based on data and insights.
