Responsibilities

Planning and execution of salon support resources, tools, and programs based on PPD initiatives, business needs, and KPI’s.

Developing in-salon animations and promotions from inception to fruition for the division.

Creating creative and sales support materials to foster stronger relationships between PPD salons and brand advocates.

Providing feedback on brand promotion strategies to ensure relevance to salons.

Leveraging partnerships to deploy best practices at scale within PPD salons.

Managing internal and external libraries and content calendars.

Communicating with Distributor Field Training Teams to support sales partner needs.

Required

4-year college degree or equivalent professional experience

Professional Products/salon background with 7+ years of experience working in a sales, marketing, or category management capacity

Ability to travel up to 15% of time

Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to write effective copy is a necessity, graphic design capabilities a plus
