Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Development: Formulate comprehensive brand strategies that align with Fanatics Live's vision and marketing objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Brand Activations and Consumer Experiences: Conceptualize and execute engaging brand activations and consumer experiences that leave a lasting impression. Collaborate with event planners, agencies, and vendors to bring these experiences to life.
Branded Campaign Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of branded campaigns, from planning to execution. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Influencer and Creator Management: Identify and engage with influencers and content creators to amplify brand messaging. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to foster brand advocacy and collaborations.
Event Activation and Execution: Take charge of planning and executing events that align with Fanatics Collect’s identity and objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, design, and product, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment of initiatives.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Use insights to develop strategies that capitalize on market dynamics.
Budget Management: Responsible for managing the marketing budget related to brand activations, campaigns, and events, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Utilize various analytics tools to measure the success of marketing efforts and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and actionable insights.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management in sports and technology sectors.
Proven experience in creating successful brand activations and memorable consumer experiences.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing creative and effective brand and content strategies.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the sports and tech industries.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Track record in influencer and creator management, with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
Event planning and execution experience, with a keen eye for detail and flawless execution.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for collecting, sports, and technology and a keen interest in industry trends.
