Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with organizational goals, addresses audience needs, and drives engagement and conversions.

Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of content supporting marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Write and produce various content forms including blog posts, articles, case studies, social media posts, web copy, newsletters, and video content.

Manage the content production process from planning and writing to editing and publishing, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

Design and execute targeted campaigns for existing customers using email, social media, and digital ads.

Monitor content performance through metrics such as engagement, traffic, and conversion rates, and adjust strategies based on results.

Manage the company's organic social media presence by creating written and visual content and engaging with followers.

Develop and manage engaging content for the website, ensuring timely publication and optimal online presence.

Collaborate with product marketing, digital marketing, and leadership teams to align content efforts with overall business objectives.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on content marketing, communications, or customer engagement.

Proven experience in content creation and content management.

Strong communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Experience in social media management.

Preferred

Experience in the tech or cybersecurity industry is preferred.
