Responsibilities

Partner with HCC Senior Leaders to understand business initiatives and potential risk areas.

Develop a global data analytics strategy to mitigate health care compliance risks.

Deliver data-driven insights to support risk mitigation activities.

Maintain and enhance GACS Dashboard for metrics and insights.

Shape the organization's vision and strategy for maximum stakeholder value.

Lead special project teams related to data analytics and monitoring.

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.

Required

Minimum of 8-10 years of business experience with at least 3-5 years' experience in the health care industry.

Experience in assessing, monitoring and utilizing data analytics outputs to extract meaningful and actionable insights.

Excellent Project Management skills are required, and candidates must be self-starters and be able to demonstrate experiences in prioritizing needs and implementing plans and process enhancements.

Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills.

Ability to manage high level of complexity using independent judgment and latitude to make critical decisions.

Must have the ability to successfully manage multiple critical /complex issues and projects.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required.

Preferred

Experience and shown leadership in HCC or related compliance/risk management function (Regulatory, Quality, Finance) is preferred.

Knowledge of relevant HCC systems used globally and/or regionally (e.g. Totality, iConnect, HCC life, HighBond, EPiC) is preferred.

Knowledge of information management systems and applications for data mining and analysis (Tableau, Power Bi, alteryx, etc.) is preferred.

Process excellence training and certification is preferred.

Project Management certification is preferred.

HCC certification is preferred.
