Responsibilities

Lead global engineering teams in various functional areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

Oversee daily workflow including standups, backlog grooming, development, and deployment.

Raise the bar on engineering practices and agile development.

Manage technical debt and migrate application stack to a modern service-oriented architecture.

Champion creativity and innovation, foster teamwork, and maintain a culture of inclusion and respect.

Deliver best-in-class solutions that transform business processes and empower sales across insurance, retirement, and investment products.

Required

Strong engineering background; AWS experience preferred.

Strong product mindset, able to contribute to product requirements and roadmap decisions.

10+ years in software development; 5+ years leading diverse global teams.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in technology changes, delivery execution optimization, and developing SaaS offerings.

Expertise in large 3rd party integrations and external software integrations.

Deep knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and continuous improvement.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage third-party relationships when required.

Preferred

IOS/Android mobile experience preferred.

Experience in Blockchain, Crypto Currency, or FinTech is a plus.
