Responsibilities

Centralize and contextualize the company's ESG roadmap, translating it into project plans that advance initiatives and drive accountability for results

Regularly coordinate and communicate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to lead well-planned, cross-functional initiatives that engage various teams, including legal, finance, sustainability, human resources, sourcing, and communications

Lead end-to-end development of annual CSR Report and actively engage on other corporate publications, regulatory filings, and ESG content and communications

Coordinate CSRD compliance assessment to prioritize ESG impacts, risks, and opportunities

Partner with IT and finance to strengthen data management, controls, and disclosure procedures

Manage ESG ratings and rankings performance through a standardized process

Manage CSR associate and ensure timely and accurate responses to stakeholder inquiries

Required

Adaptable leader and seasoned project manager with minimum 10 years of progressive experience in ESG, sustainability or corporate strategy

Outstanding written communication skills with minimum 5 years leading complex reporting projects and proven copy-editing skills

Superior attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and strong organizational management skills to deliver high quality deliverables in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Motivated by change management and experienced in distilling large amounts of information to shape recommendations that support strategic decision making

Proven ability to interpret the broader ESG landscape to shape strategy while possessing the detail and process orientation to drive data integrity, consistency and governance

Possesses understanding of global ESG regulatory landscape, frameworks and ratings

Bachelor's Degree required
