Responsibilities
New Ventures, business line development and expansion support: Collaborate with functional teams to develop comprehensive business plans, research competitive environment, and build investment analyses and financial models.
Support leases and licenses for various business entities, develop business evaluation tools, and provide domestic and international business development support.
Conduct research on business topics, industry trends, and economic models, actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities, and perform other assigned duties.

Required
Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or other related field Required. MBA, strongly preferred.
7+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, consulting, financial planning and analysis; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in a tourism or an adjacent industry a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to respond and adapt to multiple projects and requests with short notice and multi-task across a broad range of projects with differing fact patterns
Strong oral and written communication skills with history of producing executive presentations, research briefs, and business plans
Advanced quantitative analysis skills including ability to identify desired data for a given analysis, conduct complex analyses, and extract key insights
Strong ability to work across the organization collaboratively and timely
Preferred
