Responsibilities
Directly contribute to Chipotle’s success across customer-facing solutions online and in-restaurant.
Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality and testing best practices.
Guide and mentor direct reports and the organization on testing best practices.
Direct the development of quality/test engineering strategy and frameworks.
Drive scalable design patterns and implementations for reusability.
Own evaluations and gap analysis of tools and solutions.
Create and enhance report dashboards for Quality Engineering team.
Develop future leaders on the team and embrace servant leadership.
Collaborate with other leaders to define solution and performance requirements.

Required
8+ years of working experience in senior test engineering/QA/QE/SDET role.
3-5 years of relevant management experience.
Proven track record of implementing functional, integration, end-to-end, and automation testing and reporting solutions.
Strong desire to build and lead teams while creating a culture of problems solving and collaboration through large-scale engineering.
Proficiency with cloud technologies (either AWS or Azure).
Experience with observability solutions and platforms including, but not limited to, Splunk, DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana.
Experience with languages such as JavaScript and/or TypeScript, C#, SQL, Powershell.
Experience with Azure or AWS DevOps, Agile process improvement, CI/CD pipeline management and automation, NPM, or other package managers.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all business units.
