Required

3+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.

Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a software development environment, with capability in frontend and backend

Demonstrated experience managing an inclusive team of high-performing engineers in multiple office locations.

Experience in building, operating large scale web

Experience in Agile software development

Possesses strong verbal and written communication

Preferred

Familiarity with GenAI
