Create and bring customer-driven software products to market that simplify and solve for current customer needs while building for the future.

Create shared vision, build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Program Management, Product Management, and other Product Dev teams).

Technically deep-dive to problem solve with the development team.

Lead operational excellence to deliver highly available, scalable web applications with utmost attention to quality, security, and performance metrics.

Required

3+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.

Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a software development environment, with capability in frontend and backend

Demonstrated experience managing an inclusive team of high-performing engineers in multiple office locations.

Experience in building, operating large scale web

Experience in Agile software development

Possesses strong verbal and written communication

Preferred

Familiarity with GenAI is a plus.
