Responsibilities

Define the program's scope and objective

Organize, coordinate, and implement the program

Provide day-to-day program direction, ensuring quality standards

Track and analyze assigned aspects of the program

Provide technical and analytic guidance to program team

Serve as the principal representative and provide status updates to the Government on the program

Required

Active TS/SCI

Minimum of Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Program Management, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Government Contracting, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Program Manager managing multi-functional teams in the delivery of software, cyber, or IT solutions to the DoD

Recent Program Management experience (within the last 5 years)

Lead PM or Deputy PM for a $100M technology design, manufacturing, integration, and test program, or leader of a portfolio of technology development programs

Demonstrated experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment is required

Required: PMP or equivalent certification

Required: Agile Certification or equivalent (e.g. SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc....)
