Responsibilities

Lead and develop a diverse team of individuals responsible for driving strategic business development and Partner Digital Programs across the US Consumer Channel.
Create business briefs for Marcom team to translate requirements into creative partner campaigns and programs for each product line.
Manage partner campaign budgets and anticipate sales performance trends to optimize each line of business.
Project manage digital partner campaigns including web, SEO, Social Media, e-mails, Push notifications, display advertising with engaging and relevant content.
Define and implement the use of AI and ML tools to provide agility and scale to partner marketing creative and measurement efforts.
Measure ROI and KPIs, report on all partner campaigns performance, and optimize campaigns to improve results focusing on customer experience.
Identify trends and insights to inform priorities and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
Evaluate emerging technologies, digital trends, and provide recommendations for adoption.

Required

Typically requires a minimum of 15+ years of related experience
5+ years of people management experience, including building and developing teams
5+ years of experience working with US Consumer channel partners and their eCommerce platforms
Significant experience in Digital Marketing or Advertising
Strong subject matter expertise in SEO, database, e-mail, SMS, push, social media display, and advertising campaigns
Data driven mindset with the ability to use informed insights in decision making
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing

Preferred

Background leveraging technology, insights, and/or AI/ML technologies to drive scale and automation in the creative and campaign measurement space
Highly adept at identifying target audiences and rolling out digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Proficient in optimizing user funnel for best in class customer experience
Ability to be accountable for results without direct control - orchestrating across teams, yours and others, to build and manage complex projects to drive digital business strategies and influence all levels of leadership
Strong organizational skills with an ability to structure, streamline, and delegate various work streams while maintaining attention to detail
In depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics tools
Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
Ability to stay up to date in latest trends and technologies in digital campaigns
