Responsibilities

Collaborate with business development and project management teams to identify potential Wireless program contract opportunities.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape and pricing benchmarks.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for accurate pricing assessments.

Develop and implement pricing strategies during the proposal development phases, ensuring accurate cost estimates.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather detailed cost data and validate assumptions.

Lead pricing efforts for formal contract submissions, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with government regulations.

Collaborate with proposal teams to gather detailed cost data and validate assumptions.

Ensure compliance with contract requirements in all pricing proposals.

Develop and implement estimating practices and methods using the latest estimating tools and techniques.

Conduct comprehensive reviews of pricing documents to identify and address any discrepancies or issues.

Create sophisticated cost models to support pricing strategies and provide insights into cost structures.

Be prepared to lead discussions and negotiations with Customers related to proposal submissions from Evaluation Notice (EN) responses to Final Price Revisions (FPR).

Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of various factors on pricing scenarios.

Maintain and update cost databases for future reference and continuous improvement.

Stay current on government regulations, contract requirements, and industry best practices related to pricing. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with pricing strategies and proposals.

Estimate commercial construction projects, including underground utilities (Fiber, Power, Sewer, Water, etc.), trenching, directional boring (multiple types), excavation, concrete/asphalt work, grading, demolition, erosion control.

Apply knowledge of electric vehicle charging infrastructure design or installation (light-duty through heavy-duty) and charging equipment (Level 2 and DC Fast Charging).

Demonstrate comprehension of construction processes, including familiarity with construction materials and estimating quantities.

Read site plans and develop cost estimates and bills of materials efficiently.
