Responsibilities
Interface with our key product business owner to provide innovative solutions on our most critical initiatives
Business Analysis activities which will yield the development/design of project features
Orchestration of features to ensure they are delivered with quality from an end to end perspective
Partner with Operations and Product owners to ensure that value is being produced at a business level

Required
Bachelors Degree
5+ years of business analysis experience
Practical experience with agile teams
Demonstrated aptitude in Retirement Products and/or Operations, with a strong preference towards Group Retirement knowledge
Experience as a subject matter expert in one or more retirement product lines
Preferred
Experience in the Operations service center or with Operations business partners
Proven collaborative spirit and outcome mindset
Interest in technology and systems development
