Responsibilities
Lead the Rising Leaders program globally, working with the Global Rising Leaders Committee to evolve the program design and content continuously and consistently, and with the Program Faculty and Staff to ensure delivery of impactful learning experiences.
Contribute to the design and delivery of impactful learning and development experiences for Executive Leaders.
Lead and continuously evolve the Vendor Management offering.
Support other learning activities and contribute to ensure collaboration and connection within the global Learning and Leadership Development Community of Practice.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, or related field.
Applicable years of relevant work experience commensurate with the level of this position.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization.
Vendor management experience
Able to travel up to 20% to meet business needs.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
