Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company goals, values, and target audience preferences.
Define brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Oversee the implementation of brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and cohesion in all brand communications.
Lead the development of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with target audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, engaging content across various formats and channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, social media posts, and more.
Ensure content is optimized for SEO, user experience, and lead generation purposes.
Develop and execute customer marketing programs to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and advocacy.
Segment customer base and develop targeted marketing campaigns to nurture relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and continuously improve the customer experience.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product marketing, sales, and creative teams, to develop campaign messaging, assets, and timelines.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
Build and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster individual growth and team success.
Set clear goals and expectations, and establish processes and workflows to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the marketing team.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management, content marketing, and customer marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
