Responsibilities

Manage Within3's content strategy in alignment with team and business goals
Write high-quality copy and ensure consistency in brand voice and tone
Support Within3's SEO strategy
Collaborate with team members to produce engaging content in various formats
Maintain an editorial calendar and meet deadlines
Deliver content to the organization and educate stakeholders on its use
Edit, proofread, repurpose, and enhance content
Optimize content based on insights from Semrush and Google Analytics
Analyze web traffic metrics
Share content through different channels to enhance web presence

Required

7+ years of experience as a content marketing manager or content writer
Strong understanding of the essential components of a content strategy
2+ years experience managing SEO strategy and execution, with the ability to conduct research and incorporate it into content strategy
1+ years of experience using generative AI to support and scale content development
Editorial mindset and previous experience being a steward of brand voice
Excellent communication and writing skills
Proven experience in managing or supporting a content strategy at a B2B SaaS business
Proficiency in WordPress, Semrush, Elementor, Descript, Hubspot, Airtable, or similar tools
Project management skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Familiarity with or previous experience in the pharmaceutical/Life Science industry
