Responsibilities
Begin to manage own projects, possibly with a data analyst resource. Will have support and not be directly responsible for review.
Design manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and perform facility master planning.
Successfully perform phase 1 projects from end to end. May be introduced to doing phase 2 work from end to end.
Support facility audits.
Begin to identify follow up work.
Respond to technical questions.
Lead sections of all client presentations with support.
Serve as a reference on project work for Engineers.
Equipment research, evaluation, and ROI.
Write RFP’s with support.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to present documents to a client.
Strong analytical experience related to organization, validation, data mapping, transformations, linking, and graphical outputs.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s), MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Preferred
Master’s degree in addition to the minimum years of experience is preferred.
Lean training and Six Sigma training and certification is a plus.
Experience and knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Red Prairie is a plus.
Programming in Excel, SQL, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, and R is a plus.
