Responsibilities

Deliver informative client-facing performance reporting for Digital Marketing Solutions paid media teams and internal agent level reporting and analysis through Tableau or ad-hoc reporting.

Analyze and report on all B2B marketing efforts, including building new dashboards and report automation.

Keep track of key digital marketing metrics and proactively identify performance issues, data issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with the data engineering team to improve data assets and ensure business logic is considered in each step of processing and aggregation.

Follow analytical guidelines to ensure continuity of projects by checking code into github and reviewing peer pull requests.

Required

6+ years analytics experience required

Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics and campaign driven data

Previous experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads and the Google Display Network

Probing to understand the 'why' with all analytics requests

Ability to find and propose solutions to data deficiencies

Experience mentoring entry-level team members

A proven track record to think strategically and work independently

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting strategies to evolving market trends and customer needs

Experience in presenting complex information clearly and compellingly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders either in written or spoken format

Strong SQL skills to pull data efficiently and accurately

Strong data visualization skills, preferably in Tableau

Organization and documentation skills

Attention to detail and adherence to tight deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Business Analytics, an experimental science, or a related analytical field

Preferred

Google Analytics and BigQuery experience

Snowflake database experience
