Responsibilities

Set up and manage marketing campaign timelines, activation decks, SharePoint folders, and cross-functional meetings.

Prepare and submit briefs for campaign assets.

Partner with channel owners to ensure integrated messaging across all media.

Support the post-production process for video/audio assets with agency partners.

Proof assets to ensure content is accurate and aligned with initial brief.

Manage trafficking process for all brand and promotional assets in OLV/OLA/TV/Radio channels.

Support the trafficking and campaign set up for brand assets in social and display channels.

Manage marketing for the Sleep Expert stores in Dallas.

Support Manager, Marketing with post-campaign reporting, insights, and go-forward optimizations.

Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.

Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.

Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.

Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.

Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.

Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, related field, and/or equivalent experience required

3+ Years Marketing experience required

Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline-sensitive environment.

Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical skills and ability to think critically and logically interpret and solve problems.

Capable of completing work with attention to detail, including thoroughness, accuracy, and consistency.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with significant deadlines with a sense of urgency.

Dependability; can be counted on to produce high quality work promptly.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

Preferred

1+ Years Retail and Promotional Marketing experience preferred
