Senior Marketing Communications Specialist

Responsibilities
Manage campaign projects end to end including development of member-facing materials and tracking reviews with various stakeholders as needed.
Work with Creative Studio to develop communications or refine/update messaging on existing materials as needed and as directed by campaign owner, leadership and other key stakeholders.
Work with stakeholders, mandates team, legal and compliance to finalize approvals.
Work with other marketing teams (email, digital, marketing ops) or other implementation teams (digital, customer service) to execute and implement these updates.

Required
Marketing communications experience – understanding of importance of what customers/members need to know.
Strong project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects end to end.
Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Health plan or health marketing experience is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred
Industry Preference- Healthcare, Health Plan, Insurance, Pharmacy and claims.
