Responsibilities
Help develop and lead the implementation of X-Chem’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and to support customer engagement.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, content, and event channels.
Manage social media, email marketing and content strategies, including website development and optimization, to maximize reach and impact.
Collaborate with the business development team to support partnership initiatives and identify new opportunities.
Help analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions and marketing priorities.
Coordinate and manage X-Chem’s industry events, webinars and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential partners.
Track and report on KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates and ROI on marketing activities, to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and freelance partners as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
Formal training in marketing.
A minimum of five years’ marketing experience within the biotech, pharmaceutical, drug discovery industry or related service providers.
A strong understanding of drug discovery processes and familiarity with industry trends.
Proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling messages.
Analytical mindset with experience in measuring marketing metrics and optimizing campaigns.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms and ABM.
Preferred
Formal training and qualification in marketing and business.
