Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and website management to drive awareness and visibility for HEN

Plan, organize, and oversee HEN presence and participation across key events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate customer leads

Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives - grow revenue, increase market penetration, drive customer engagement

Manage external agencies and vendors for creative, design, and event logistics

Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results; guide your team and work cross functionally with other teams

Oversee the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials for our customers and as well as distribution partners

Build and maintain relationships within the firefighting, emergency response community

Required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital channels and event management. Experience in managing multiple marketing and social media software

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for storytelling

Willingness to travel for partner meetings, training sessions, and industry events
