Responsibilities

Initiate, implement, and track marketing campaigns and promotions to drive revenue growth and enhance guest service.

Develop strategic marketing plans, including branding, positioning, and budget allocation.

Manage agency relationships, internal and external partnerships, and tactical marketing execution.

Execute eCommerce campaigns, PR activities, and social media management.

Oversee project management, website content, third-party site management, and content & asset management.

Prepare and present marketing initiatives and analytics at strategic meetings, and provide regular reports to leadership.

Required

Bachelor's Degree

Three (3) years of experience in a marketing role

Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry

Experience with eCommerce campaigns, email, paid media, social media, online listing, and SEO/SEM

Experience in PR, media relations, and social media management

Experience in project management and website content management

Experience in preparing and presenting marketing initiatives and analytics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to travel as needed

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Preferred

Master's Degree in Marketing or related field

Experience working with Hilton or similar hotel brands

Experience in managing creative development with agencies

Experience in photo and video shoot coordination

Experience in brand positioning and messaging

Experience in developing strategic marketing plans

Experience in managing 3rd party sites like Expedia, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, etc.

Certifications in marketing or related field

Additional language proficiency
