Responsibilities

Own the demand generation activities, with a primary focus on generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and driving high-quality pipeline growth.
Use your HubSpot and Salesforce knowledge to manage lead scoring, automate processes, and track performance metrics.
Develop and execute event strategies, from coordinating 2 webinars each month to attending 4-6 conferences annually, representing Kuali and our mission to higher ed.
Craft compelling content across various channels (social, email, website, blog), and drive engagement on social media to boost brand awareness.
Work closely with contractors and cross-functional teams to align messaging and campaign goals, ensuring that each campaign drives value for the target audience.

Required

5+ years in marketing, with a demonstrated track record in demand generation and event management.
Skilled in HubSpot and Salesforce, with a solid understanding of Google Analytics and other martech tools.
Comfortable with basic design in Canva or Adobe.
Resourceful & Independent: You thrive in a one-person-band environment where you 'own' the marketing activities for your product suites.
Comfortable with Public Speaking: You’ll be hosting multiple webinars each month and representing Kuali at conferences.
A Creative Storyteller: You’re an engaging writer with a knack for simplifying complex information.
Smart, Humble & Hungry: You embody Kuali’s culture, approaching each task with enthusiasm, openness to feedback, and a desire to grow.
Willing to Travel: Able to travel to 4-6 conferences annually within the United States.

Preferred

Experience with SaaS, B2B, and/or higher ed is a plus.
Bonus points if you have implemented a lead scoring model.
