Responsibilities
Oversee global and regional (USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand) marketing campaigns, including demand generation efforts, product launches, brand awareness initiatives, and lead nurturing activities to accelerate customer acquisition and retention
Develop a deep understanding of each region’s markets, customer personas, and key challenges to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
Ensure marketing efforts are adapted to the unique needs of SPP’s local markets.
Track, analyze and report on marketing metrics such as website traffic, inbound leads, event attendance, lead conversions, and campaign ROI.
Daily management of a global team, with direct reports in the US, Canada and Australia.
Support the professional development and performance of the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Manage the global marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various marketing activities and regions.
Direct global demand generation efforts, including digital advertising, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Optimize and update Social Pinpoint’s corporate and product websites to enhance lead generation, SEO, conversion rates, and customer engagement through continuous improvements in user experience (UX) and content.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals, including new customer acquisition and cross-sell opportunities.
Oversee global brand strategy, ensuring the company’s positioning, values, and message are communicated consistently across regions, while tailoring content and messaging to resonate with local market nuances and customer needs.
Work with product marketing to refine product positioning and messaging to effectively target government clients in both ANZ and NA regions.
Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including social media and blog posts, case studies, white papers, and videos.
Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure that marketing materials and campaigns address customer pain points, promoting retention and upsell opportunities.
Develop customer advocacy programs, leveraging existing government clients for testimonials and case studies.

Required
5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in the SaaS industry or selling to public-sector clients.
Awareness or experience in marketing to the local government market, including understanding their procurement processes and challenges.
Proven expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and content creation with a track record of driving measurable results.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Demonstrated success in managing and developing teams.
Highly organized and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel to conferences, events, and customer meetings as needed.
