Responsibilities

Proficient in all project phases, with expertise in planning, scheduling, approvals, monitoring, and reporting.

Required
5+ years as a Senior Project Manager in Marketing Operations, managing complex omnichannel campaigns.
Experience working with creative teams (design, copy, production).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Figma, Adobe, Workfront, and Smartsheet for project tracking.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and their application.
Expertise in all project phases (planning, scheduling, deliverables, reporting).
Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing (web, mobile, email, digital ads, social media, print).
Proven leadership in motivating and mentoring teams to meet goals and resolve conflicts.
Strong relationship management with internal/external teams for on-time deliverables.
Experience in quality assurance, milestone prep, and addressing feedback.
Skilled in navigating ambiguity, problem-solving, and managing risks/issues.
Ability to make decisions under pressure and influence outcomes.
Clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
Maintains accurate project documentation (schedule, risks, stakeholders).
Experienced in meeting facilitation, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Knowledgeable in industry best practices and trends.
Uses data to drive project improvements and efficiencies.
